Pool Parties & Celebrations

Party & Celebration fees can be paid by cash, check or Zeffy/QR code. Schedule your date with mstuti983@gmail.com first and then pay your deposit to secure your celebration date. Rental agreement which includes confirmation of name, date, time, costs and expectations about use of the facility, etc. will need to be filled out along with your paid deposit to secure pool rental. Waivers will need to be signed by all participants (parents) on event date. These will be provided day of the event date. 

Member Price:

Party fee.....$100.00.....number of guests is 20.

Non-member Price:

Party fee.......$150.00....number of guests is 20.

*Deposit ($50.00 non-refundable)) required to secure date of your celebration. Rescheduling allowed for inclement weather. Contact info will be your rental agreement. 

*Extra guests.....$5.00 per guest (swim or not swim/paid in cash, check or zeffy/QR code at the event).

*Extra time available for purchase for $25.00 hour/must be paid & scheduled in advance.

*Party for 3 hours includes: Party area with picnic tables, folding table, corn hole boards, grilling station, use of the club house facilities. Bring: food, party supplies (paper products, decorations, etc.). Renter is responsible for their guests and party clean-up!

*Renter/celebration hosts come :15 minutes early to set-up party decorations/last :15 is for clean-up.  

*NO alcohol allowed at any time!

Special Youth Celebrations

Looking for a cool place that has a "SPLASH" for a summer youth celebration? EB Pool offers special church group, school group or sports team pricing, give us a call to schedule your special celebration!

Pricing begins at $150.00 for 30 guests for 3 hours of FUN!  Includes: Party area with picnic tables, folding table, grilling area, corn hole boards, and use of the club house facilities. Extra time can be purchased, and extra guests are $5.00 each. Just bring your beach towel and snacks!

Deposit ($25.00 non-refundable) required to secure date.
